By requesting and ordering art commissioned by me, Clayirbear / [twitch.tv/clayir], you have understood and agree to all of my Terms & Service and Commission Info. All artwork are custom works. Please read and respect my Terms & Conditions.
The terms are subject to change at any time.

Non-Commercial Commission:

- Personal use commission.- Visible artist credit/signature on illustration.- You cannot profit off of the commission.- Cannot be used on sites like Twitch and YouTube.- You may repost on social media sites with proper credit.- All Personal commissioned work will have Artist credit.

Credited Commercial Commission:

- Please always have visible artist credit/signature on your twitch profile.
- Visible artist credit/signature on illustration is required and please do not remove/edit artist signature.
- If for any reason, you need to remove the credit due to external circumstances and are still using the emotes, you must notify me.
- Additional commercial fee will apply.
- The commission can only be used as stated and ordered. For anything else, you must advise what you're planning to do with it.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission subject I find uncomfortable.

What to expect

my time available to work on commissions during the week is limited due to work obligations. It may take a month or longer at times to complete your order.

Twitch Emotes and badges

- You will receive fully prepared files for upload to twitch in the appropriate file sizes packaged in a zip file.
- Sketches will be provided for approval after full payment has been received
- Emotes offer one revision. If a major revision is necessary after initial approval, additional cost will be incurred in the amount of 50% of commission price.

- When requesting a character portrait, please provide picture reference of the character.
- if no picture reference exists please provide a detailed description of physical appearance, pose and attitude/expression
